Facial Radiance Pads – A Skincare Game Changer?

Today I wanted to quickly talk about a new skincare item I have been loving. I try a fair amount of new skin care, either through items I purchase or samples. When you order from Sephora they always throw in a bunch of samples with your order and the skincare ones are my favorites!

And while a lot of them are nice, there are very few than stand out as truly having “instant” results. However, the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads (to Exfoliate, Tone & Brighten) were one of them.

FAB 1

I decided to order these based on the recommendations of several blogs that I follow. These are bloggers that I really trust their recommendations, so I placed an order for the largest size and gave them a try.

I expected them to be good, but I was blown away when I saw results the first day! My skin had been suffering at the time due to stress and lack of sleep, and I had dry patches and very uneven skin tone. A few swipes of one of these pads, and my skin felt more even and refined with a bit of a glow. While my skin definitely improved the more often I used them, I did notice results right away!

The first thing to note is that these are not cleansing pads. They will not cleanse your skin and they will not remove your makeup, so they should be applied to freshly washed skin. They contain both Lactic Acid and Glycolic Acid which act as exfoliators. It is actually somewhat like a mini peel, but gentle enough for daily use. It is formulated without Parabens, Sulfates and Phtalates and contains ingredients such as Lemon Peel, Licorice Root, Feverfew and White Tea which act as antioxidants.

You can use them either morning or night, however I prefer to use them in the morning, as I tend to use more skincare at night anyway and I like the freshness it gives me throughout the day.

They come in two sizes, 60 pads for $30.00 or 28 pads for $15.00 and are available at Sephora.

First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads have truly been a skin game changer and among all the products out there, I will definitely be purchasing these again.

I would love to hear your thoughts on these and whether you have tried anything else from the First Aid Beauty line. Feel free to comment below… I love to hear your recommendations!

I love reading your blog. Please do one on eyeliner. I struggle to find a good, easy to apply one for everyday wear. Thanks.
